ENFORD Hotel Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by Enford Hotel’s website (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel"), the rights, duties, and responsibilities of users and the hotel, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

If you agree to these terms, these terms shall take precedence in all acts related to the hotel's service provision and your use of the services.

The hotel may change these terms without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on the hotel website and take effect immediately upon posting.

If a member does not agree to the changed terms, they may cancel their membership. Continued use of the services after changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the Telecommunications Business Act, the Basic Telecommunications Act, regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and other related statutes.
Article 3 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:

User: A person receiving services provided by the hotel under these terms.

Registration: The act of completing a service use contract by filling out the application form and agreeing to these terms.

Member: A person who has registered personal information with the hotel and can use the services.

ID: The email selected by the user and assigned by the site to identify the user.

Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user to verify identity.

Withdrawal: The act of terminating the use contract.
Chapter 2 Service Provision and Use
Article 4 (Conclusion and Termination of Use Contract)

The use contract is established when the applicant completes the registration form provided online by the hotel.

The hotel may cancel a registration contract in cases such as:

Applying under another person's name;

Providing false information;

Interfering with others’ service use or misusing information;

Violating laws or these terms;

Article 5 (Consent to Use Member Information)

Members’ personal information is protected under relevant privacy laws.

The hotel uses, manages, and protects member information as follows:

Use: Member information is not disclosed to third parties without consent.

Management: Members can update or delete their personal information at any time.

Protection: Only members can view, edit, or delete their information, managed through ID and password.

Applying for service use implies consent to the collection and use of member information.
Article 6 (Information Security)

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their information upon completing registration and for any results arising from misuse of their ID and password.

Users must report unauthorized use of their ID or password immediately; failure to do so will make them responsible for damages.

Users must log out after using services; the hotel is not responsible for damages from failure to log out.
Article 7 (Service Suspension)

The hotel may restrict or suspend service if users violate terms.

Service interruptions due to uncontrollable reasons may occur without notice.

Temporary suspension for system maintenance or upgrades may happen without prior notice.

Service may be limited or stopped in emergencies (power outages, equipment failure); in such cases, users will be notified.
Article 8 (Service Changes and Termination)

The hotel is not responsible for damages from use of service or reliance on posted content.

The hotel is not liable for damages caused by intentional or negligent user actions.
Article 9 (Copyright of Posted Content)

Users hold rights to posted content.

The hotel may edit, move, or delete content without notice based on board policies.

Users are responsible for legal liabilities if their posts infringe on others' copyrights.
Chapter 3 Duties and Responsibilities
Article 10 (Hotel Duties)

The hotel will not disclose member personal information without consent, except under legal obligations.
Article 11 (Member Duties)

Members may not use services for commercial purposes without prior approval.

Members must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Members must not:

Use others’ IDs/passwords;

Post or transmit offensive, threatening, or privacy-invading content;

Impersonate sources;

Post illegal content;

Infringe others’ intellectual property rights;

Send unauthorized advertisements or spam;

Collect personal info of others;

Engage in criminal activities or disrupt service operation;

Defame others;

Hack or spread viruses;

Continuously send unsolicited ads;

Alter posted info;

Violate related telecommunications laws.
Chapter 4 Miscellaneous
Article 12 (Non-transferability)
Members cannot transfer or assign their service rights or contract status.
Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)
The hotel is not liable for damages related to free services except for intentional criminal acts.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)

The hotel is exempt from liability due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.

The hotel is not responsible for losses from maintenance or repairs.

The hotel is not liable for damages from computer errors or incorrect personal information.

The hotel does not endorse or oppose opinions expressed by members or third parties.

The hotel is not liable for profits or damages from reliance on service information.

The hotel is not responsible for transactions between members or third parties.

The hotel is not liable for damages caused by user’s intent or negligence.
Article 15 (Jurisdiction)
Disputes will be governed by Korean law and litigated in Korean courts.

Enford Hotel, operated by Jungwon Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hotel”), takes the privacy of customers using the website www.enfordhotels.com (hereinafter “Website”) very seriously and strives to protect all personal information provided by customers.
The Hotel complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and related laws and regulations including the guidelines established by the Ministry of Information and Communication.
